(2) Please contact your solicitors (preferably one of our recommended panel solicitors) to contact Nicole Stone of Wrigleys (in Julia's absence) to initiate the exchange of contract.

The units are ready but in view of the regulatory requirement for the access road for fire truck to be in place before occupation, the earliest completion date is now 15 October 2008.
